FoundWell Group provides administrative and educational support services for Tax, Credit, Business, and Immigration. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice.

2. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for reviewing all documents before submission and for meeting all deadlines provided by government agencies.

3. Fees & Payments

All fees must be paid before services begin. Fees are non-refundable once work has started. We will provide a written agreement with exact pricing before any service.

4. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee specific outcomes with the IRS, Credit Bureaus, USCIS, or any other agency. Results depend on your individual situation and government decisions.

5. Limitation of Liability

FoundWell Group is not liable for any damages resulting from use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for services.
